    My time spent creating is when I gain my strength. I reflect, release stress, and––much like the art form––go with the flow! I deal with PTSD, depression, and anxiety from a very difficult IVF twin pregnancy resulting in the loss of one twin just shy of 5 months pregnant and the surviving twin being born prematurely with a Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH).
